Start by signing up to our “Best of You” Challenge. Once you do, we will schedule an initial evaluation that will be a review your current situation and your goals.
We create your personal 8 week fitness and nutrition plan that will bring you to your goal. You do the work, we’ll be the support you need to begin, keep it going and make it to the end.
You will have access to Burnn Zone at Bad Mikey’s Classes, HR Tech and Burnn 30. This combined with the nutrition plan will ensure the best results in 8 weeks.
What if I have a health issue- bad knees, bad shoulder?
That’s where the personalized plan comes in. We have a lot of experience navigating around issues whether it’s a bad joint or a bad schedule, we are here to help you create a realistic way in which you can get to your goal. We offer so many different types of classes and workouts, you are sure to find a way to be the best of you this year!
