Our Strike Fit Program is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) class that combines elements of striking from various martial arts with take downs and grappling but applies them to real life situations giving you a strong base in fighting. This hyrbid MMA and Fitness class will leave you strong, confident and aware.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Is a combat sport and a form of self-defense that primarily focuses on submission grappling and ground fighting. Using technique and leverage, the foundation of this art is to position on your opponent and apply a variety chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations. BJJ can be trained for self-defense, sport grappling tournaments and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition. It is great for improving physical fitness, core strength, stability and flexibility.
